These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and tpower3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tpower3 online gaming and sportsbook platform at https://tpower3.co and all associated subdomains, applications, and services. 1. One Account: Each person may hold only one tpower3 account. Creating duplicate accounts, including under different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tpower3 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tpower3 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
3. Identity Verification: tpower3 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification completion.

tpower3 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1. tpower3 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tpower3 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and notification of relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with tpower3 games or the sportsbook
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use tpower3 for illegal financial activity
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tpower3 staff or other members
• Any form of cheating or match-fixing in relation to tpower3 sportsbook events

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any tpower3 content without prior written consent from tpower3.
